This MichroTech Warranty is designed for customers who wishes to keep the standard warranty as necessary in your premises, receiving in exchange a discount on the purchase of the lighting fixture. Lighting like: bulb, tube, panels, troffers, fixtures, lamps, drivers will perform satisfactorily during the performance guarantee. Any electrical work is not part of the lighting warranty.


If the LED lighting product is defective (does not turn on if it has power. Does not includes wear and tear) when received or becomes defective, they will be replaced in accordance with this Warranty. Indoor and Outdoor products will have 5 years warranty or the manufacturer’s specified life time; whichever comes first unless otherwise noted. All fixture batteries and accessories are covered by a 1 year warranty.


The warranties do not include installation or delivery. If you would like us to install the replacements, please communicate with us for an installation quote.


This performance warranty does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, electrical problems, negligent, fraudulent and/or intentional damage of the installation of the existing or replacement bulb, alteration, tampering, faulty installation, or acts of God and other insurance perils of the fixtures or products. If the bulb is defective, you will receive a comparable replacement bulb. The client must provide the damaged product in order to receive the replacement. For coverage to be valid, MichroTech's LED lighting products must be handled and installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. 


This performance warranty is effective from date of purchase, provided adequate proof of purchase is maintained, the product is properly registered (see below) and the specific covered Logic Illumination LED lighting products are maintained properly. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 


Client is responsible for the functionality of the client provided timers, sensors or other devices that control the lighting fixtures that may affect the durability or life span of the lighting fixture. A malfunction of the client provided device to control the lighting, will void the warranty. The warranty coverage applies only to the single registered lighting product and no other products are covered. Claims not submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this warranty are void. 


To Make a Claim: For service please contact MichroTech, Inc. Customer Support at info@MichroTech.com. Please have your proof of purchase information available at the time of the call. When claiming the warranty for a luminaire and requesting a technician to inspect the product on site, a technician could be scheduled to be on site within 10 business days after the request. If the luminaire malfunction is due to an electrical issue that was pre-existing or caused by a third party, the repair of such issue is not covered by the warranty and the labor and materials for the repair will be invoiced.


Register Your Warranty: In order for your Warranty to be valid, you must register all products below or at www.MichroTech.com/register within 1 year of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.

How to Claim Your Warranty

Before claiming your warranty, please verify that the luminaire is energized, the interruptor or timer is in the ‘on’ position, and no sensors are causing it to stay off regardless of the latter. If the issue persists and the problem is not electrical, please chose one of the following options to have your luminaire replaced:


A. DROP OFF FREE - Bring defective bulb or fixture to our office and receive the replacement. Please call ahead of time to make sure that we have the bulb or fixture available.


B. DELIVERY Estimate will be provided - Call the office to schedule a delivery of the replacement. Please have defective bulb, fixture ready to swap with the new one at the moment of delivery. (Only in South Florida Area)


C. FULL SERVICE Estimate will be provided- Call the office to schedule a technician to arrive on site and swap the defective bulb or fixture and install the replacement for you.
